Order confirmation email
For all purchases placed you will receive a confirmation email for you order. Please also check your spam or junk inbox. You will receive an email notification that your digital download is updated and ready to be downloaded. All orders can be received on a mobile phone and laptop/desk top. These digital files will require an additional programme or app to view them. For example, kindle app,epub reader app and etc.
Shipping Times for Digital Format Files via Email
We offer an instant delivery service for all digital files purchased on our site. Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with credit card or a pay pal it may take a few minutes for your email order confirmation and download link to be sent to you.
The average shipping time can vary from a few seconds up to 15-30 minutes. The timing for shipping depends will also varies due to the completion of the delivery cycle. A delayed email delivery service could be delayed up to 24 hours. In very rare cases emails can be delayed up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your digital product over 24 hours, please contact us and we can happily assist you with your placed order.

We only offer the following two digital files epub format and zip format for the cost of £2.99 each. The Pdf Printable Book File £2.99.
All digital formats are priced individually. You will be given options on your choice of digital file format and quantity that you would like to purchase.

Issues with downloading the digital formats.
If you receive any issues in downloading the digital files when you press the download link. This could be an issue with your website browser. Please make sure you disable any non-standard add ons. For example, add blockers or any tool bars that you have previously installed and try again and press the download link.
On very rare cases if your computer states that the digital file is corrupted. Deleted the previous downloaded digital file and try downloading it again. Most importantly most files will require a specific programme or required additional app to enable you to open and view the file. For example, kindle app,epub reader and etc.
If you have the required programme and app and you are still unable to open and view this file. Please contact us and we can happily assist you with your order placed.
